Here we provide our furnished flat
Our house is situeted in rural environment. Satz: It is only 3.5 km to the highway A4 (E40) and 2 km to B175. Therefore you have good transport connections and a short distance to Zwickau and Chemnitz.
The size of our fully furnished apartment is 71 m² and it is completely self-contained. There can comfortably live four adults, and it is modern and spacious with a separate entrance and a private terrace. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are included. We can provide two bicycles and a barbecue if requested. There are also shopping centres and restaurants close by.
The ccessible apartment is suitable for wheelchair users. There are no stairs at all. The bathroom includes a shower with floor drain. All doors are 82 cm broad.
The terrace (8 m² plus 20 m² meadow) is accessible through the ground floor. In the hallway (14 m²), there is also space for a wheelchair with electrical outlet.
There is a shelter for bikes.
